Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Physical capability to handle bakery tasks including lifting and repetitive motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or retail baking is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate bakery equipment and follow detailed recipes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Competence in using handheld technology for business operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise following recipes and operating baking equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- Utilizes digital tools to enhance sales and shopping experience
- Maintains work area cleanliness and operational excellence
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Adheres to company policies, ethics, and standards
- Completes assigned tasks while communicating progress and adapting to changes
