Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with other associates
- communicate with team members and adapt to business needs
- prepare bakery merchandise following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- maintain work area cleanliness and quality standards
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- comply with company policies and ethics
- complete work assignments while adapting to feedback and change
