- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook
- Knowledge of baking techniques including bread making and pastry production
- Ability to work early mornings
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, laminations, and pastry production
- Ability to work early mornings and manage time efficiently

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and breakfast baked goods from scratch daily
- Follow and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation
- Manage doughs, batters, proofing, and baking processes with precision and care
- Plan and execute daily production schedules based on volume and demand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient baking station and storage areas
- Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper inventory levels
- Receive and properly store baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all products meet food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership on seasonal items and menu development
