Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook
  • Knowledge of baking techniques including bread making and pastry production
  • Ability to work early mornings
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, laminations, and pastry production
  • Ability to work early mornings and manage time efficiently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and breakfast baked goods from scratch daily
  • Follow and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation
  • Manage doughs, batters, proofing, and baking processes with precision and care
  • Plan and execute daily production schedules based on volume and demand
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient baking station and storage areas
  • Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper inventory levels
  • Receive and properly store baking ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure all products meet food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership on seasonal items and menu development
