Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- ability to start work as early as 2 am
- strong attention to detail
- dependable and punctual
- capable of working flexible schedules
- committed to providing excellent guest service
- ability to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or retail is a plus but not required
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare food products according to Dunkin' standards
- open the store and ensure it is ready for the day
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the food preparation and store areas
- manage time efficiently to meet opening deadlines
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- collaborate with team members for smooth store operations
- adhere to company policies and health regulations
