Job Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
Physical capability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend and kneel
Motion that includes pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Open availability and ability to work flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties

Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
Work within a specific schedule including overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
Follow and complete daily par sheets
Produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
Ensure company safety and cleanliness standards
Maintain strict health department and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness
Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
Work in other positions inside the operation as needed and switch between positions
