Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant baking experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift heavy sacks of flour and other ingredients
- availability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- compliance with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- previous baking experience, especially with focaccia or artisan bread
- basic knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong attention to detail and passion for quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- culinary degree or bakery certification is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare and bake focaccia bread using traditional and innovative methods
- monitor dough fermentation and quality throughout production
- operate and maintain open-hearth ovens and other baking equipment
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking station
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production needs
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- contribute to recipe development and menu innovation
