Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- Capability to handle physical aspects of baking such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to interact positively with guests and team members
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Conducts baking and pastry production including scaling measuring traying rolling baking cooling freezing and general finishing
- Adheres to established recipes and production guidelines meeting all production requirements
- Maintains inventories including counting of ingredients as well as establishing order amounts to maintain required product levels
- Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature
- Helps make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and contributing to a fun and memorable park environment
- Interacts with diverse people of all ages and backgrounds
- Participates in team activities and events promoting employee engagement
