Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred for specific locations
- must meet company driving qualifications if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is advantageous
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking and time management skills
- excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels daily to ensure quality and consistency
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer experiences
- monitor food quality and adhere to health and safety standards
- manage early morning preparation and opening duties
