Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
- bake and decorate cakes and desserts
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- interact with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- ensure all baked products meet freshness and safety guidelines
- assist in inventory management and restocking bakery items
