Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check per local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license preferred but not required for all locations
Job Duties
- Prepare and stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability of quality products each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Arrive early to start baking shifts, sometimes as early as 3 AM
- Work collaboratively as a team member to uphold store standards and customer satisfaction
- Ensure continuous product quality through proper baking techniques
- Follow company policies and procedures to meet operational guidelines
