Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
  • Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
  • Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license is preferred but only required at specific locations
  • Meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bakery or food preparation experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and kettle cook bagels according to traditional recipes
  • Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability
  • Assist with order taking and sandwich making as part of guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store areas
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer experience
  • Manage early morning setup and bakery operations
  • Monitor product quality and consistency throughout shifts
