Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts and varied hours including weekends
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare fresh bagels and pastries for each shift
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring quality and freshness
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment according to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during shift
- Follow early morning baking schedules starting as early as 3 AM
- Uphold company standards for product quality and customer satisfaction
