Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to consistent quality and guest service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and kettle cook New York-style bagels
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- Assist with guest services including taking orders and making sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold food quality
- Manage multitasking demands in a fast-paced bakery setting
- Adhere to company standards for food preparation and customer service
