- experience baking in a commercial or retail environment
- ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards
- basic math skills for managing inventory
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work full-time onsite in Fairfield, Alabama
- compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods
- basic math skills for inventory management including ordering
- experience baking in a retail environment (nice to have)

- Following recipes to create quality baked goods
