Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience baking in a commercial or retail environment
  • ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards
  • basic math skills for managing inventory
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work full-time onsite in Fairfield, Alabama
  • compliance with food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods
  • basic math skills for inventory management including ordering
  • experience baking in a retail environment (nice to have)

Job Duties

  • Following recipes to create quality baked goods
  • maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen
  • ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly
  • ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
  • utilizing various kitchen tools to produce a range of baked items
  • managing stock levels efficiently
  • supporting team operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment
