Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where required
- Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and intermittent movement during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet bakery and store goals
- Ensure all food items meet quality and safety standards
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently
