Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- basic knowledge of baking techniques preferred
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, desserts, and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to produce high-quality products
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- engage with customers and provide excellent service
- assist with stocking and inventory management
- collaborate with team members to support store operations
