Job Requirements

- Food or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Instinctively serves the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience
- Follows Crumbl recipes with exactness and care to ensure cookie consistency and quality
- Ensures detailed presentation of cookies and maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Supports fellow crew members by working collaboratively and performing various business tasks
- Commits to providing efficient service and products at a pace that creates a memorable customer experience
- Uses Crumbl business technology applications effectively and stays current on training
- Safely operates kitchen equipment and meets physical job demands including lifting over 30 pounds and standing for the full shift
