Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery supplies
- Commitment to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and specialty baked goods
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of display cases and bakery shelves
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations and community engagement
