Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred and required at some locations
- Must meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in a bakery or food preparation environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic math skills to assist in baking and inventory tasks
Job Duties
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring quality product availability each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment at all times
- Work as part of a team to uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Participate in opening and closing procedures as required
- Assist with inventory management and baking tasks as needed
