Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Basic math proficiency
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work full-time onsite in Cleveland, Ohio
Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods
Basic math skills for inventory management including ordering
Experience baking in a retail environment is a plus
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

Following recipes to create quality baked goods
Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen
Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly
Ensuring all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
Operating various kitchen tools and baking equipment
Assisting in preparing pastries, breads, and other baked items
Collaborating with kitchen staff to meet daily production goals
