Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of food producing process, sanitization, and quality programs
  • Familiarity with food producing techniques, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practices
  • Food handler's certificate preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well in team environments
  • High emotional intelligence

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge on food producing process and sanitization
  • Understanding of food producing techniques, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practices
  • Food safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge including FDA standards
  • Confectionery or foods major recommended

Job Duties

  • Frying donuts and placing toppings and decorations on pastries and bread
  • Carrying out operations and production in the kitchen
  • Baking recipes and preparing all desserts
  • Performing general oven duties including checking dough conditioner
  • Preparing all needed materials and ingredients
  • Scaling and shaping breads, loaves, and pastries
  • Maintaining sanitization procedures and cleanliness of work station and kitchen
