Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to follow all production lists and ensure orders are put away to HWC standards
- Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards
- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls and/or other baked goods
- Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral communication skills and ability to understand and follow direction
Job Qualifications
- College degree or Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Three to four years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral communication skills and ability to understand and follow direction
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Ability to assist with team through production lists and duties when Pastry Chef is not present
Job Duties
- Needs little to no supervision
- Ability to follow all production lists and ensure orders are put away to HWC standards when the Pastry Chef is not present
- Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards
- Cross-trained in every outlet in the bakery with phenomenal consistency
- Excels in time management
- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls and/or other baked goods
- Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials
