The position available at the TJ Maxx store located at 2850 Dekalb Pike in Norristown, PA, offers a starting pay range from $14.75 to $15.25 per hour, reflecting factors like skills, qualifications, and experience. As a key member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise from truck delivery through to the sales floor, guiding associates in tagging, hanging, securing, and coding items correctly while upholding the company’s merchandising and signage standards.
