The Stocker position at CVS Health is a critical overnight role that ensures the store shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organized, supporting a smooth shopping experience for customers during daytime hours. This full-time role, situated on the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, offers a competitive starting pay of $19 per hour plus a $2 hourly shift differential specifically for this overnight schedule. As part of the Direct Hire program, candidates may be eligible for same day employment offers.

In this role, the Stocker is responsible for unloading incoming merchandise, arranging products on shelves and displays, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting any discrepancies. The individual also ensures the aisles are kept clean, safe, and organized, while assisting with backroom stock organization and product rotation. This position requires the ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced and repetitive environment, and it combines both physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods with organizational responsibilities. Candidates with previous retail or stocking experience are preferred, though it is not required, and a strong attention to detail as well as teamwork skills are essential.
