The current opportunity is for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Ono Hawaiian BBQ team as Kitchen Crew Members. This role is essential to the smooth operations of the back of the house, directly impacting the quality and speed of food preparation and service. As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring food quality and portion control, maintaining cleanliness, and following company and health regulations strictly. This is an hourly role offering a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour with part-time and full-time positions available, making it suitable for a variety of schedules. Job Duties
- Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
- Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline
- Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline
- Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
