Job Requirements

- knowledge of OSHA standards and airport safety protocols
- high school diploma or equivalent required college degree in business or facilities management preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage janitorial operations across all airport terminals and facilities
- supervise and support on-site managers and cleaning staff ensuring proper staffing and coverage for all shifts
- develop and implement cleaning schedules quality control procedures and operational protocols
- ensure compliance with safety standards airport regulations and environmental guidelines
- monitor attendance timekeeping and payroll processes report discrepancies to HR
- handle employee relations including coaching disciplinary actions and performance evaluations
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment coordinate procurement as needed
- prepare and submit daily operational reports and updates to senior leadership
- collaborate with airport stakeholders to address service needs and resolve issues promptly
- provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in janitorial operations
