Job Requirements
- willing to travel up to five nights per week
- ability to stay overnight in hotels during travel
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- minimum of three years experience in automotive sales or F&I
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- proficient in using software and technology related to the automotive industry
Job Qualifications
- experience in automotive sales or finance and insurance
- strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations
- proven consulting or sales experience in the automotive industry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- willingness to travel extensively
Job Duties
- travel frequently with overnight stays up to five nights per week
- establish and maintain professional relationships with automotive dealerships
- identify challenges within dealerships and propose consulting solutions
- utilize industry knowledge to improve dealership operations
- deliver consulting services and ongoing fee-for-service support
- follow up with clients to ensure success and satisfaction
- drive sales of consulting services through relationship building
