Job Requirements

  • willing to travel up to five nights per week
  • ability to stay overnight in hotels during travel
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • minimum of three years experience in automotive sales or F&I
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • proficient in using software and technology related to the automotive industry

Job Qualifications

  • experience in automotive sales or finance and insurance
  • strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations
  • proven consulting or sales experience in the automotive industry
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • willingness to travel extensively

Job Duties

  • travel frequently with overnight stays up to five nights per week
  • establish and maintain professional relationships with automotive dealerships
  • identify challenges within dealerships and propose consulting solutions
  • utilize industry knowledge to improve dealership operations
  • deliver consulting services and ongoing fee-for-service support
  • follow up with clients to ensure success and satisfaction
  • drive sales of consulting services through relationship building
