Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Must have flexibility to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to complete probationary period for internal candidates
  • Excellent attendance record for internal candidates
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum age of 20 years
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate fleet computer systems
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in vehicle lot management or similar role preferred

Job Duties

  • Control the flow of cars on the sales lot
  • Manage inventory by checking and logging new vehicle arrivals
  • Enter accurate status updates in the fleet computer system
  • Merchandise the lot ensuring vehicles have correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates
  • Park and align cars to maintain a presentable sales lot
  • Manage the back-overflow lot including shuttling cars to vendors and assisting with dealer trades
  • Assist with maintaining fuel logs and filing reports as requested by the Location Manager
