Job Requirements
- No degree required
- One plus years of experience required
- Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Must qualify for corporate insurance programs including vehicle insurance
- Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must comply with state and local mandated requirements and DOT and FMCSA regulations
Job Qualifications
- No degree required
- One plus years of experience in delivery driving or related field
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate basic messages orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Ability to follow clear directions and procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required job duties
Job Duties
- Drive a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents
- Physically load company truck at the location and verify the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with the deliveries
- Drive to the delivery destination and physically unload the truck, verify parts unloaded, obtain signature of receiving location confirming accuracy, and sign off on the integrity of loaded items
- Make proper notations on the manifest and provide receipts on parts being returned from customers
- Collect accounts receivable as necessary
- Comply with established company policies and procedures
- Successfully complete annual training as assigned
- Operate in compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup of products
- Assume other duties as assigned
