Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- must have 12 consecutive months of work or organizational experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- minimum 12 consecutive months of work or organizational experience
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- basic mechanical knowledge to inspect vehicle fluids and tires
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- willingness to assist customers and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel levels and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, and perform factory reset to clear prior customer data
- check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread depth, and inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicles for rental readiness
- inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains and odors
- assist customers when needed and provide transportation support
- help maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleaning of branch locations
- perform regular cleaning of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other related tasks
- seek continuous improvement through skill development and training
- maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
