Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, squatting
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to do consistent physical activity including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Previous collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer
- Shuttle customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations within the repair center
- Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department
- Follow Caliber Collision and OEM standards while performing duties
- Support the repair center team by assisting with various operational tasks
- Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness and presentation quality before delivery
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
