Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Willingness to submit to drug test
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Basic accounting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Clean driving record
Job Duties
- Calculate the customer's bill using the company's computer system
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received through the computer system
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
