Job Requirements
- minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems (preferred)
- completion of Alcohol Seller Training / Cash Handling training upon hire

Job Duties
- Build strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- Take orders from customers
- assist with menu / beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
- Provide detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- Serve food, drink, and products to guests
- Process cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- Use suggestive selling techniques / merchandise effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- Interact positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- Assist with catering orders as needed
- Address complaints
- resolve problems in a way that builds relationships
- Model teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- Prepare, package, merchandise product
- Assist in technical areas as needed
- Ensure compliance with TABC regulations
- Ensure compliance with department and Store standard operating procedures
- Bus / clean tables
- perform deep clean of dining, ordering, bar areas, as needed
- Maintain beverage station and bar areas
- Maintain sanitation in food / beverage prep areas and display cases
- Properly handle, operate, and maintain equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
