Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Have own transportation for local work
  • Be able to stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required
  • Be flexible and adaptable to a varying weekly schedule
  • Be tech-savvy with tablet and app functionality
  • Be attentive and responsive to daily work communications
  • Be able to execute contracts and handle funds, including cash
  • Be well-organized and able to complete tasks accurately with urgency
  • Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Manage live auction events
  • Travel locally and occasionally overnight

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional, clear and concise communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 hours to conduct auctions
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Knowledge or experience in real estate or title preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage live auction events, including auctioneering properties
  • Ensure excellent communication and transparency with management, team members, investors and bidders
  • Be attentive and responsive daily to work communications
  • Use technology proficiently, including tablet and app functionality and troubleshooting
  • Pay explicit attention to detail
  • Perform data entry into Auction.com proprietary software programs
  • Execute contracts and handle funds, including cash transactions
  • Educate customers on auction processes, website navigation and resources
  • Promote Auction.com products and services
  • Stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions
  • Provide exemplary customer service and engagement
  • Adapt and work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Complete tasks accurately with a sense of urgency
  • Lift up to 50 pounds when needed
