Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems

- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers and colleagues warmly with genuine hospitality
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities and process transactions proficiently
- assist customers with merchandise returns and order pickups
- maintain clean, organized, and welcoming pick-up and return areas
- achieve daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
