Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements
- Ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

Job Duties
- Operate a bus or shuttle to transport authorized passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner following specified routes
- Assist in transporting associates to work from the housing campus and provide transportation services for Associate Life functions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles used for transport
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and demonstrate good judgement while driving
- Interact positively with associates from diverse backgrounds to ensure their comfort and safety
- Support company events by providing reliable transportation services as needed
- Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors about vehicle status and route issues
