Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Entry-level to 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or event planning
  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with an interest in event execution and marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills across multiple mediums
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with diverse teams
  • Dedicated to professional growth and open to learning

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person and virtual events such as health fairs, sponsored events, marketing events, donor events, and employee events
  • Support senior event planner in executing event logistics and content development
  • Act as a liaison among internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
  • Contribute to media planning and promotion for events
  • Facilitate communication and coordination to meet event objectives and target audiences
  • Manage event details from initiation through completion
  • Provide creative and strategic input for event planning and execution
