Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in custodial supervision or related field
  • ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more
  • effective communication skills in English, reading, writing, and speaking
  • ability to comply with background investigation including fingerprinting
  • willingness to work under physically demanding conditions
  • ability to attend ISO meetings and participate in training sessions
  • commitment to follow company policies and safety standards
  • must submit signed job description verification
  • ability to perform duties in accordance with ADA accommodations if required

Job Duties

  • Direct and perform work assignments for janitorial duties
  • conduct inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications
  • train new employees on cleaning techniques and safety equipment use
  • ensure employees have necessary supplies and equipment
  • monitor team performance and identify training needs
  • maintain communication with site management and report issues
  • enforce company rules, safety policies, and quality control plans including ISO standards
  • maintain safety orientation and equipment training
  • implement corrective actions and quality management system requirements
  • maintain and manage ISO records for audits
