(JOI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, military veterans, and others facing employment barriers. Established in 1987, JOI has grown to become the 11th largest service provider in the AbilityOne program, with approximately 850 employees, including 500 individuals with disabilities.

• Hospital Environmental Services: Tailored housekeeping and hospitality programs focusing on infection control, hygiene, and safety for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Commissary Services: Efficient stocking and custodial services for commissaries, handling close to 4 million cases annually across six facilities.
• Laundry Services: Full-service commercial laundry processing nearly 6 million pounds annually, serving the federal government and commercial businesses.
• Facilities, Custodial & Landscaping Services: High-quality janitorial and grounds maintenance for federal and local government complexes, ensuring clean and well-maintained environments.
• Food Services: Serving over 2.7 million meals annually to service members, with roles including cashiers, line servers, dishwashers, and more.
• Consulting: Offering free consulting services to assist organizations in implementing inclusive employment practices.
