Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of post-secondary courses in business and/or marketing
- preferred Assisted Living Manager certification
- minimum 1-2 years of experience in human relations, marketing, business, or related fields
- preferable licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional

- Oversee all aspects of the independent and assisted living campus
- manage the services offered and provided to tenants
- maintain the overall upkeep of the campus
- supervise and assist staff to ensure quality measures are met
- ensure the comfort and safety of tenants
- shape the culture of the facility
- contribute to community engagement and resident relations
