Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol service
- ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications

- prior management or supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- enforces compliance with all employment policies in conjunction with all management
- oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- manages through hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
- ensures 100 percent table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies
- leads by example to develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments
- develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
- manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
- understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant and guests
- helps control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- maintains the culture of the restaurant and lives core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
