Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service
  • ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • prior management or supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • enforces compliance with all employment policies in conjunction with all management
  • oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • provides and oversees thorough training
  • works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • manages through hands-on supervision including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
  • ensures 100 percent table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies
  • leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • helps to cross-train employees
  • oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
  • manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
  • understands and practices safe food handling procedures
  • ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant and guests
  • helps control guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • maintains the culture of the restaurant and lives core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
