Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality or restaurant supervisory role
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong communication skills
- willingness to perform hands-on tasks as needed
- knowledge of safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
- ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with management
- approves all Front of House side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- manages through hands-on supervision including non-scheduled serving, hosting, cooking assistance
- ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist sales strategy
- leads by example to develop employees and assistants
- helps cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments
- develops promotions and conducts alley rallies
- manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
- practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- helps control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- supports Local Store Marketer with sales initiatives
- maintains restaurant culture and core values
