Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality or restaurant supervisory role
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to perform hands-on tasks as needed
  • knowledge of safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with management
  • approves all Front of House side work
  • provides and oversees thorough training
  • works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • manages through hands-on supervision including non-scheduled serving, hosting, cooking assistance
  • ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist sales strategy
  • leads by example to develop employees and assistants
  • helps cross-train employees
  • oversees scheduling of designated departments
  • develops promotions and conducts alley rallies
  • manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
  • practices safe food handling procedures
  • ensures cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • helps control guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • supports Local Store Marketer with sales initiatives
  • maintains restaurant culture and core values
