Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence, including prior experience in a management or supervisory role
- Food Handler Permit
- TIPS Certification
- Proven ability to manage a fast-paced on mountain restaurant
- Ability to interact positively with guests, employees, and all Snowbird departments while maintaining strong working relationships
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance guest service, employee support, and administrative responsibilities during operational hours
- Strong interpersonal skills, including guest service, active listening, communication, and conflict resolution
- Ability to provide clear, behavior-based feedback and conduct effective one-on-one coaching conversations to support staff development
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Assist in directing daily restaurant operations by managing staff, caring for guests, and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
- Uphold world-class Snowbird service standards by leading with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct pre- and post-shift meetings, communicate with directors via the EOD report, assist with nightly closeout procedures, and lead closing duties in the manager's absence
- Help train new employees and support ongoing team training
- Assist with inventory control, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to assess staff performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or terminations
- Helps maintain accurate daily records, including sales summaries, worked hours, and staff attendance
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with scheduling and ensure shifts are properly covered
- Maintain good safety practices of employees and guests throughout the property
- Assist in weekly one-on-one meetings with staff and maintain coordination with the BOH & FOH Manager
- Assist in event logistics by attending meetings and partnering with internal departments
- Oversee overall building upkeep and cleanliness
- Perform other duties assigned by management
