Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
  • assist with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
  • oversee scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
  • monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
