Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
- assist with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management
- oversee scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
- monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
