Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant operations
  • Ability to lift at least 55 pounds
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and schedule staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies
  • Proficiency in inventory management and food handling
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Give fast, friendly customer service
  • Effectively communicate with all customers
  • Adhere to all product formulas
  • Prepare all back-up products utilizing the correct equipment
  • Operate all equipment according to manufacturers regulations
  • Accurately perform daily inventory counts
  • Understand and adhere to Trexcon and county Health and Safety policies
  • Maintain proper food temperature zones
  • Proper storage of all food products
  • Mark times and dates of opened and prepared food
  • Remove outdated items daily
  • Perform and record product temperatures
  • Provide corrective actions for temperature issues
  • Receive and account for deliveries
  • Adhere to uniform policies
  • Maintain product inventory
  • Assemble ordered products for customers
  • Perform money transactions accurately
  • Properly use time clock
  • Finalize shift paperwork
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Clean restrooms
  • Empty trash containers inside and outside
  • Clean sidewalks and parking lot
  • Complete food adjustments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Manager
