Job Duties

  • give fast, friendly customer service
  • effectively communicate with all customers
  • adhere to all product formulas
  • prepare all back-up products utilizing the correct equipment
  • operate all equipment according to manufacturer regulations
  • accurately perform daily inventory counts
  • understand and adhere to all strict health and safety food handling policies
  • practice proper hand washing and glove usage
  • maintain products within the proper food temperature zones
  • properly store all foods according to type
  • mark time and dates of opened and prepared products
  • evaluate products daily to remove outdated items
  • perform and record product temperatures on food logs at least once per shift
  • provide corrective actions for products in temperature danger zones
  • receive deliveries and accurately account for every item
  • adhere to uniform policies
  • maintain and account for all product inventory
  • assemble products for customers when ordered
  • accurately perform money transactions on the register
  • properly use time clock to record duty time
  • finalize shift paperwork
  • sweep and mop floors
  • clean restrooms
  • empty trash containers inside and outside
  • clean sidewalks and parking lot
  • complete all food adjustments
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • comply with all Subway standards
