Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Communication in English required, Spanish comprehension helpful
  • Previous fast food management experience required
  • Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics
  • Proficiency in food preparation and safety procedures
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others
  • Ability to treat others with respect and care
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Willing to admit mistakes and take accountability
  • Dependable and reliable attendance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • May require bending, stooping, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work multiple stations
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and/or Spanish) preferred
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant activities during assigned shift
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards
  • Support management team in staff and financial performance management
  • Implement policies and enforce safety standards
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve team concerns
  • Manage sales and labor tracking effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and service standards
  • Plan and execute shift operations with focus on cost control
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate staffing and inventory management
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Identify trends and implement improvement plans
  • Support restaurant functions hands-on as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
