Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest issues professionally and calmly
  • Physical ability to be active on the floor during shifts
  • Willingness to perform hands-on tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant management or strong key leadership experience
  • Background in chef-driven, craft-focused, or full-service restaurants preferred
  • Strong understanding of service steps and guest interaction
  • Calm under pressure with ability to manage busy shifts
  • Confident communicator who leads with positivity and accountability
  • Team-first mindset with willingness to be hands-on
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events

Job Duties

  • Lead and support a 25-30 person front-of-house team during service
  • Ensure smooth floor operations, strong service flow, and memorable guest experiences
  • Coach, train, and motivate staff while maintaining high hospitality standards
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
  • Support event execution and help maintain an energetic, welcoming environment
  • Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily operational tasks
  • Jump in wherever needed - running food, bussing tables, supporting the bar, etc.
