Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar setting
  • Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages or higher, per applicable local law
  • Exceptional leadership skills

  • Proven ability to manage labor, control costs, and maintain inventory

  • Preferably 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar setting
  • Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages or higher, per applicable local law
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • Proven ability to manage labor, control costs, and maintain inventory

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that all policies, health codes, and Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards for food quality and guest service are consistently upheld
  • Directly lead, motivate, and mentor team members on the floor, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback to cultivate a positive and high-performing workplace
  • Assist the General Manager with essential administrative functions, including scheduling, managing inventory counts, controlling costs, and handling daily financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, and professional environment, promptly identifying and resolving operational challenges as they arise
  • Maintain a proactive focus on the guest experience, personally resolving any escalated service issues to guarantee a memorable visit for every fan
