Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds
  • legal authorization to work in the US
  • strong communication skills
  • customer-focused attitude

  • Previous leadership experience in food service or hospitality
  • proven track record of delivering outstanding food, guest experiences and people management
  • ability to maintain high standards of service
  • strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • commercial mindset with financial acumen
  • calm and professional demeanor under pressure
  • flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Support management team in delivering operational, commercial, experiential and people performance
  • contribute to and drive restaurant strategy to achieve goals and build long-term brand vision
  • monitor financial performance including labor scheduling, expense control, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • maintain high customer and member experience standards
  • ensure team delivers exceptional service and holds them accountable for performance
  • uphold health and safety and labor relations compliance
  • support recruitment, development, performance reviews and onboarding of team members
