Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds
- legal authorization to work in the US
- strong communication skills
- customer-focused attitude

Job Duties
- Support management team in delivering operational, commercial, experiential and people performance
- contribute to and drive restaurant strategy to achieve goals and build long-term brand vision
- monitor financial performance including labor scheduling, expense control, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- maintain high customer and member experience standards
- ensure team delivers exceptional service and holds them accountable for performance
- uphold health and safety and labor relations compliance
- support recruitment, development, performance reviews and onboarding of team members
